SUMMER!

As our children begin their last week of school, we feel excited to have break from three school drop-offs, homework assignments, and endless hours on the baseball and soccer field. At the same time, as a therapist, I acknowledge importance of having a summer routine. Here are some benefits from maintaining a routine, even if it’s different than the school year.
